Good Jacket, don't puke on it (it may stink)
I'm hesitant to give five stars to anything, but I have zero complaints with the jacket. I will warn that if you get this jacket, you order a size larger than you'd normally wear (for normal brands) because this is a form fitting jacket. It's your discretion really; I'd rather not mess anyone up. Use the sizing chart, it's probably better than taking advice from a random review. I did get someone's puke on this jacket and it started to smell, but that was after I received it and after she had been drinking, so it's no one's fault really.

comfortable, tailored feel
Let me just start out by reminding everyone that American Apparel clothing usually runs about a half size smaller than most other clothing brands. That being said, I am a guy that's 6' 189lbs. I have an athletic build but I'm not huge. I received the navy one in medium for christmas and loved it so much that I purchased the green one for st. patrick's day. This jacket is very flattering on guys with a broad chest/back and muscular arms as it is slightly form-fitting, although I've seen guys at almost every fitness level pull it off. My girlfriend loves it when I pair this jacket with jeans, a tailored dress shirt and skinny tie.

good jacket that could be better
The material for this jacket is wonderful, a very soft and lightweight fleece. The look is quite stylish, too. But this jacket, like most American Apparel "unisex" styles is quite long in the torso for women. Also the collar on the jacket is a bit too tall. Fully zipped, the top of the zipper chafes against the bottom of the chin.

Quality Lacking
This jacket is soft and almost luxurious. I am greatly disappointed that when hanging the hoodie by the hood, it split and tore under its own weight!!!! I think this says it all, no? I would, unfortunately, not buy and American Apparel item again. They are usually sized WAY too small and now I see the quality just isn't there. Greener pastures......
