I got it in the mail today and wish I had gone down to the Medium. I plan on ordering the medium right after I finish this review. This thing works, but unfortunately it is too lose for me. So like B. Newland said go at least two sizes down.
Stomach Surgery
I got after having a number of hernia surgeries.(4) I have a belly overhang problem. and it overhangs my hernia wound. So I got one of these,to help support my stomach since the surgery has pretty well destroyed my lower stomach muscles. And it works, But I have a lot of stomach to keep pushed back. And it has worked out great for that, I'm happy with it. But for more control, my doctor has suggest that I go for a woman's girdle, which I did, and I've very happy with those. For my stomach and the hernia wound, the woman's girdle works the best for me......
Don't listen to the others, they're all retarded
This product is great, just arrived in the mail. I went off the manufacturer sizing guide [...] (I have a 46" waist but I wanted to make sure it would hold me together better, so I ordered the XL instead of the 2XL). While it definitely does put pressure on your stomach, I would have ordered two sizes down if I had been able to try them before. Keep that in mind. These are held together by a row of hooks (just like the hooks and loops on a bra), and there are two sets of loops, so when you get used to the larger size you can bring it in some more.
So, big guys, two sizes down. I plan on wearing it with my uniform consisting of an undershirt and an overshirt.

I've only had this product for a month now and it's done what is was supposed to do. I bought this belly buster for a party I attended a little over a month ago and it did hide my belly a lot. It felt good for once not holding in my stomach and I felt more relaxed.
GREAT SUPPORT ITEM
We really liked this product, has held up well over many, many months. We have re-ordered it several times over the last few years...better than many of the others due to extra width (less slippage up and down) and being able to use the second row of hooks when it begins to stretch a bit (as all of the products of this type will!)
