The Fame Monster [Deluxe Edition]

High energy fun
I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. The CD is packed full of high energy tunes that get people moving. Darn near impossible to sit still when the tunes start cranking.

Fail - Edited Music Without Notice
For the most part this is a good album and I would have given it 5 stars except that it was edited and we, the consumer were not told beforehand. Granted it was my fault for not checking the other reviews and buying the album on an impulse. Though from my experience with other Amazon MP3s I did not expect the [Delux Edition] to have edited lyrics.

So what if it's sensored?
Personally, I don't care to listen to swearing when I have my headphones on. There's enough of it already. I like that it's sensored and Lady GaGa has some really good tracks on this cd. Good: "Teeth" - I love the beat of it. "Telephone feat. Beyonce" - has a nice cocky rhythm that gets you dancing (admit it or not) "Bad Romance" - a very good single "Alejandro" - a little repetitive on the Alejandro part but other than that it's great. I recommend this cd if you're the kind of person who doesn't mind sensored cd's.

Great CD except for the sensorship!
Lady Gaga is a favorite artist of mine, but was disappointed by the censorship imposed on some of the song lyrics. The lyric substitution in Bad Romance "Free bit" is ridiculous and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Just one of several examples. I still recommend the cd and have no regrets buying it.

I know someone will say I am crazy because music is one of those things that is personal, but this is some fun music! She is a very talented lady and great for the treadmill or exercise class, or just to dance around. Sometimes music is just fun and this CD is just that for me.
