A bit disappointed with the cusioning and lining!
I will be keeping these just because they are handy for running outside on days when I prefer to be barefoot in the house. They are handy to keep by the door to slip on. I had tried on a friends Croc's and these seemed firmer and less cushioned. The lining is not absorbent and make them seem a bit uncomfortable. They were on sale, and a bargain but I would not order them again.
Mammoth clog
I have been waiting for this... clogs with a lining. I am in heaven. Liked the first one I ordered so much, I turned around and purchased another.
Sizing doesn't match regular Crocs
I ordered these crocs in a size 9 because I wear size 9 in regular crocs. You would think the company would compensate for the extra space the lining takes up and make the shoe a bit bigger so that the fit would still be the same, but they don't. So, my regular size 9's fit me perfectly, but these are too tight, and whenever I take my foot out, the lining comes out with it, because the lining isn't attached to the inside of the crocs except for on the sides. It's really annoying and I know the lining will get ruined eventually.
Great for foot pain after surgery!
We got these after my husband had surgery & was in lots of foot pain, yet was supposed to start walking. He needed something soft, yet supportive. With the lining & the wide toe area, these were perfect! We did get them a size larger. He has ongoing nerve ending pain in his feet, so he will need these long term. We did also buy the black with black lining, which he also loves. After seeing other complaints about difficulty getting the liner off to wash, I put my 'thinking cap' on & used a pliers with a rubber grip & a screw driver with a narrow tip to push & pull. I also washed by hand with fels naptha bar soap & rinsed with some vinegar in the water to remove the foot odor. I blotted excess water & hung with skirt hanger to dry for a couple days. I ordered extra grommets from Crocs just in case, but they didn't break. Crocs did say that due to customer requests, they WILL START SELLING EXTRA LINERS this Fall, '09!! These Crocs are Great!
Crocs mammoth
Great crocs comfort and style . I was concerned about the fit due to the insert but they fit like a charm . Also the insert can be removed and washed . I want to order this style in different colors .
