## Privacy Policy – Use of Face Data

### Local Face Processing Only

Our app uses on-device facial detection technologies solely for enhancing user-selected photos or videos with visual effects, such as filters or facial feature transformations. All processing is performed locally on the user’s device using Apple’s CoreML or related frameworks.

We **do not collect**, **store**, **retain**, or **transmit** any face data. Face-related data is used only temporarily in memory and is **discarded immediately** after processing is complete.

To ensure full transparency, we provide the following detailed information about how face data is handled by our app:

1. **What facial data does the app collect?**

   The app does **not collect** any facial data. Face detection occurs **entirely on the device**, using Apple-provided frameworks, for the sole purpose of applying visual effects. No biometric templates, landmarks, or personally identifiable facial data are stored or transmitted.

2. **What are the uses of the facial data?**

   Face data is used **temporarily in memory** during real-time visual processing to enable features like filters or background separation. The data is not used for identity recognition, authentication, or tracking.

3. **Is facial data stored?**

   No. Facial data is **never written to disk** or persisted in any form. It exists only in memory during processing and is discarded immediately after rendering completes.

4. **How long is facial data retained?**

   Face data is retained only **for the duration of the current session**, typically a few milliseconds to seconds while applying the effect. Once the rendering process completes, the data is **fully discarded** from memory. There is no long-term storage or retention.

5. **Is facial data shared with any third parties?**

   No. The app does **not share** any face data with third parties, servers, cloud storage, analytics tools, or external services. All operations are fully local.

6. **Do any third parties have access to or store face data?**

   No. Since face data is never transmitted or shared, no third parties ever access, receive, or store any portion of the face data.

7. **Why don’t you store or share face data?**

   Because our visual effects can be fully processed on-device using real-time technologies, there is no need to store or share face data. This design ensures maximum user privacy and security.

8. **Where is this explained in your privacy policy?**

   This privacy policy reflects our actual implementation: all facial processing functions are performed entirely offline and locally on the user’s device.
